M312 & Kill the Hill

Your race – choice of 3 routes:

Mallorca 312 (312 km and 5,050 m ascend).
Mallorca 225 (225 km and 3,973 m ascend).
Mallorca 167 (167 km and 2,475 m ascend).

Being at the start of the M312 is already an achievement and experiencing it is a another one. Mastering every kilometer and every climb means endurance, sweat, perseverance but also ultimate joy and pride to be there.

The reward is riding through a landscape made for cycling – by Mallorca.

Kill the Hill – will you be there?

• To the real summit of Puig Major at 1.436m altitude
• Military zone; closed all year but open for Kill the Hill
• the final 7km with an average gradient of 9%
• up to 13% of gradient
• Climb to an altitude of 1.436m above sea level
• Limited to 300 starting spots

M312 program, your ultimate challenge…

4:30 am: Your alarm clock rings … the start of your big day!

5:00 am: Breakfast in our hotel restaurant, time to fill your power depots

6:00am: Final check of your bike, inflate tires … do you have everything? set your GPS and take energy bars … fill your water bottles with ISO drinks …

6:15 am: Leaving the hotel, heart rate slightly accelerated, you head towards the race starting line-up.

6:25 am: 5 minutes left – your heart rate is starting to rise!

6:30 am: You, like many others, take on the ultimate challenge… how’s your heart rate?

Kill the Hill, to the real summit of Puig Major…

7:30 – 8:30 am: Race number pick up and breakfast with all the other Kill the Hill participants

8:45 am: Presentation/Briefing so you know everything that awaits you and then the start of the bunch ride

11:00 am: Lunch stop and provisioning so you are all set for the climb of the day

12:45: Start of the timed ascent to Puig Major, off you go …

13:30 – 14:30: provisioning at the top of Puig Major and many rewards… a breath taking 360-view …

14:30: Cruising back to the finish

17:00: Arrive at the finish, where you will of course receive your medal

17:30 – 19:00: Looking back on a fantastic day with the other participants over dinner

19:00: Stage ceremony
