E-BIKE Bike Guides / Group Leaders

Job Description

In 2025 we offer weekly E-Bike group rides on Mallorca. You will professionally and enthusiastically guide these groups 3-4 times a week in such a way that the guests have an unforgettable cycling vacation. You are responsible for the atmosphere in the group and for safety on the bike. During the ride you give information about culture, history and landscape of Mallorca. You can quickly respond to the possibilities of individual guests, not losing sight of the group’s interests.

You are jointly responsible for a good team spirit within Team Rompelberg and contribute to a good working atmosphere. You are the business card of the organization and are open to feedback from guests as well as employees.

You have frequent consultations with your coordinator and fellow guides. Ebike guests will be largely German-speaking next year. A fluent command of the German language is therefore a requirement.

Besides this main activity you will support during peak moments in issuing, taking and preparing the Ebikes.

Profile:

• Experience with E-bikes.
• Basic knowledge of navigation systems
• Knowledge of E-Bike technology is a plus
• Excellent command of the German language, Spanish is a plus
• Available for at least 6 weeks
• Previous experience on Mallorca is a plus
