| For irreparable defects there is a pick-up service. You can find the telephone or emergency number on the information board at the boutique and on the FRBH Mallorca card. If the rental bike is irreparable, please contact the emergency number + 34 664 321 807 (10:00-18:00 hours). If the use of a taxi is necessary, ask for an expense report or a “Factura Simplificada”. Reimbursement of costs can only be received from this and only in case of an irreparable defect. |
